Developed an end-to-end machine learning pipeline encompassing data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, performance evaluation, and inference for crop yield prediction. Optimized model performance through data normalization, validation strategies, and experimental analysis, delivering a scalable and reliable predictive solution for precision agriculture.

AI Interview Preparation Portal

Built a full-stack AI-powered interview preparation platform using the MERN stack, enabling personalized interview question generation, resume-based assessments, and real-time feedback through Gemini API integration. Implemented JWT-based secure authentication, user profile management, interview history tracking, and MongoDB-backed persistent storage to ensure secure and scalable application performance. Developed end-to-end features including RESTful API design, backend services, React-based responsive dashboards, and AI-assisted interview simulations, delivering a seamless user experience.

Credit Card Fraud Detection Using Explainable AI

Developed an end-to-end machine learning pipeline for credit card fraud detection using XGBoost and Random Forest, incorporating data preprocessing, feature engineering, SMOTE-based class imbalance handling, and hyperparameter tuning to achieve high fraud detection accuracy with a low false positive rate. Integrated SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) to provide transparent model predictions and feature importance analysis, enabling interpretable fraud detection and improving trust in model decision-making.
